SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING COSTS

Flat rate of $9.99 on all orders to delivery destinations within Australia.

Once an order is received and payment has cleared, all orders are processed and are ready for dispatch within 2 business days. Products are shipped Monday to Friday, following payment confirmation.



Please note, orders may take longer to dispatch following public holidays, sales and peak times (eg; Christmas, easter etc).

All orders are shipped through our local courier service’s or Australia Post and generally take 2-7 business days to arrive following dispatch depending on location and any postal service delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to your nominated phone number or email address. Please ensure all fields are filled out with your order in order to receive tracking information.

If your order is returned to sender due to failure to accept delivery or collect your order from your local Post Office or pick up point you will be charged additional shipping fees to have it returned back to us and an additional shipping fee on top of this to have it sent back to you. Sapori D’Amalfi will not be responsible for wearing costs of shipping in this instance.

LOST PACKAGES

All orders are the responsibility of the customer once they’ve left our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Should you suspect your package has been lost in transit, please contact us via saporidamalfi@outlook.com, and we’ll use our best endeavours to help you track your package.

 

In the rare event your order is lost, please make a claim directly with the carrier.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses once your package has been shipped.
